Well, the ratings agency machine gun is out again... Their friends are all short and they express "our opinion" on a multitude of countries. Gotta bankrupt them somehow... Remember, these are the guys who give AAA ratings to Lehman mini bonds collateralised debt obligations which sugsequently went to zero. Why do people still give them credibility?
And tomorrow will be US market holiday, Martin Luther King Day.
