Last week it was looking like the end of the world, all were saying: "cpo looks weak" "better start hedging, price might fall to 2,200" "There are a lot of wash out trades in the market" "price won't rise". You can call these players suckers, I call it irrational overexuberance....

20070813 1710. FCPO futures managed to squeeze up to 2646 in afternoon trade, as crude oil and bean oil futures recover.... owever, the shorts are not letting up slamming down the futures again. One needs to be careful in this type of counter trend trade.

0914 pm. Into the US open, crude oil futures now are trading +1.05 per barrel. CPO futures closed down for the day, longs taken should see some profit in the morning, provided crude oil futures maintain gains.

20080811 Georgian/Russian conflict over Ossentia province, may see crude oil retrace upwards back to us120 per barrel. CPO might be poised for rebound as well. Might be time to look for buy points.
